Seminar Fee
TAHSA Members - $99
Non-Members - $119
State Employees - $50
Refunds & Substitutions
Cancellations or transfers MUST be written and submitted to EIA no later than 48 hours prior to the seminar. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued after this time. A fee of $25 will be charged for cancellations.
Substitutions may be made at any time for persons unable to attend. No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to show up or are late for the seminar. A fee of $25 will be charged for all returned checks. |

Administrators: 6 hours Nurses: 6 contact hours
Social Workers: .6 CEUs
Individuals must attend the entire day to receive continuing education credit. Participants who miss more than 15 minutes per day will not receive a certificate or continuing education credit.
Educational Institute on Aging (EIA) is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses Association (TNA), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. This activity provides 6 contact hours.
The Educational Institute on Aging is a Registered Sponsor of professional continuing education with the National Association of Boards of Examiners for Long Term Care Administrators (NAB) and has approved this program for the number of clock hours listed under their sponsor agreement with NAB/NCERS.
